Better Pay: $.50 per mile, $2,000 Sign-On Bonus, plus a $2,000 Bonus for every driver YOU refer (no limit)

What We Offer (The Details)
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus and paid orientation!
• Start pay @ $0.47 per mile paid weekly for every mile run
• $.01 per mile paid monthly for safety
• $.01 per mile paid monthly for professionalism
******$.01 per mile paid quarterly just for staying with Lynch******
• Detention, layover, unloading, breakdown and stop pay
• No Freightliner older than 2017!

(for new drivers vacation? PTO time is awarded after 90 days of employment)

What we require:
• Minimum of 1-year verifiable commercial driving experience, preferably OTR / regional experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• A safe driving record
• A positive, “can do” attitude
