  • Starting pay of $0.50 per mile paid weekly for every mile run.
    • $.01 per mile paid monthly for safety and professionalism.
    • $.01 per mile paid quarterly just for staying with Lynch.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-year verifiable commercial driving experience.
  • Preferably OTR/regional experience.
  • Must be age 21 or older.
  • A safe, clean driving record.
  • A positive “can-do” attitude.

  • Pre-Employment Screening Requirements

    This is a DOT requirement. If you cannot pass the drug screening tests, to include testing of marijuana, we cannot hire you.
    We run local, state, and national background screening and motor vehicle reports before hiring.
    Many positions involve strenuous physical activity at times, including lifting and moving heavy items repeatedly.
